Iris joined the recruitment team of the Betabit Group at the beginning of 2014. She has a legal and commercial background, is interested in peoples motives and is a pleasant conversation partner. During her first years, Iris was especially focused on Betabit’s Young Professionals Program, in addition to the regular recruitment tasks. In 2020 she was promoted to Recruitment Manager. In this role she is also responsible for the selection of potential YieldDD colleagues.
